My Account
To change your PIN, click on My Account, log in, from the navigation menu select Account Information. Change the PIN in the PIN field and tap Submit. You’ll know the change is complete when you see the “Updated Successfully” message at the top of the page.
To locate your PIN, click on My Account, then log in, from the navigation menu select Account Information. The PIN is located at the bottom of the page above the Submit button.
For proof of service, click My Account to log in, and from the navigation menu select Account Information. Take a screenshot of your service account details including service address, start date and service status.
Pogo customers are automatically enrolled in our Pogo Perks program for free. Each month you’ll earn 50 Pogo Points that you can redeem for savings on items you already buy, or once you have saved 300 Pogo Points, spin the Pogo Perks prize wheel to win a gift card or account credit.
Visit Pogo Perks and login to redeem your Pogo Points for savings on items you buy every day. Spin the Pogo Perks prize wheel to win either a gift card or account credit once you have saved up 300 Points.
To update your email address, click on My Account to log in, then select Contact Information from the navigation menu. Enter your new email address in the email field and click to save.

To update your phone number, click on My Account to log in, then select Contact Information from the navigation menu. Enter your new phone number in the mobile phone field and click to save.
Pogo Energy’s customer service phone number is 888.764.6669. For faster service, you can chat with a live agent online. Open a chat, type your name (press enter), then type AGENT. You can also email us at [email protected].
Payments
For a link to a barcode:
· Open the online chat with Pogo in the bottom right corner of this page, type your name (press enter), and type BARCODE.
· Text the word BARCODE to 24197 from the phone number associated with your account.
· Click on My Account and log in, click Recharge Now, then tap the Learn More button.
· Call 888.794.6669 option 3, then option 2, to get a text with a link to the barcode.
To find a cash location near your home, visit Pogo Cash Locations and enter your address or zip code in the Search Location field. Or, click the Use Location button to find the cash payment locations near your current location.
· Cash payment locations require either a barcode or your Pogo Energy account number.
· Search Pogo Cash Location to find a cash payment location near you.
· Text BARCODE to 24197 to receive a text message with a link to the barcode associated with your Pogo Energy account.
· Open an online chat with us in the bottom right corner of this page, enter your name (press Enter), and type BARCODE to receive a link to the barcode associated with your Pogo account.
· Click on My Account to log in, then select Recharge Now, then click Learn More.
· Click on My Account to log in and view your account number on the dashboard.
To recharge your account online:
· Click on My Account to log in, then click Recharge Now.
· Use Express Pay to Recharge your account. Enter the mobile phone number or email associated with your Pogo Energy account, click Next to enter your credit card information.
To recharge your account over the phone, call 888.764.6669 then select option 3.
Deferred Payment Plan
To know your current DPP balance:
· Open the online chat in the bottom right corner, type your name (press enter), and type BAL.
· Text BAL to 24197 from the phone number associated with your account.
· Click on My Account to log in and click DPP History to see your recent DPP activity.
· Call 888.764.6669 then select option 2.
· Open the online chat in the bottom right corner, type your name (press enter), and type DPP.
· Text DPP to 24197 from the phone number associated with your account.
· Call 888.764.6669 option 4, then select option 1.
To change the percentage amount of your recharge that is applied to your DPP balance, call 888.764.6669 and select option 4, then option 2. The percentage must be entered as a whole number and must be between 20-100%.
NOTE: Any changes made to the percentage will remain in place for all future recharges or until the percentage is changed again.
To update the percentage of your payment that is applied to your Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) balance to 100%, call 888.764.6669 select option 4 then option 2. Once a payment that is greater than or equal to the current DPP balance is made to your account, 100% of the payment will be applied to the DPP balance. As soon as the DPP balance is paid in full, we will automatically send a request to the TDU to remove the switch hold on your address, which usually takes 2-5 hours. Thanks for your patience while the TDU removes the switch hold.
When you set up a Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) with us, a switch hold is added to the active service locations on your Pogo Energy account.
A switch hold means that you are not permitted to switch to another electric service provider until your Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) is repaid to Pogo Energy in full.
