Important notice regarding changes to your contract

Effective May 14, 2024, we’re making some changes to our Terms of Service. We’re updating our Terms of Service and Prepaid Disclosure Statement, including changes to our service fees and what goes into your deferred account balance (DAB). The following changes are effective 14 days from the date of this notice:

Pogo Energy is removing the Autopay Opt-Out Fee of a $1.50 per day per ESIID. Additionally, the payment fee is changing: from $2.00 for payments of less than $40, to $5.00 for payments less than $60. Lastly, the reconnect fee is changing from $0.00 to $25.00 per ESI ID. These new fees will be added to your Deferred Account Balance to be paid back through daily installments. No further action is required by you. By continuing to use our services after May 14, 2024, you agree to the updated Terms of Service and other regulatory documents.

If this change is not acceptable, you should switch to another retail electric provider before the effective date of this change.
