Important notice regarding changes to your contract
Effective November 27, 2024, we’re making some changes to our Terms of Service and Prepaid Disclosure Statement. These changes include updates to our service fees and customer service hours. No action is needed from you, but if you would like to learn more you can find details below.
The following changes are effective 14 days from the date of this notice. We have updated the reconnection fee terms; this fee will apply when Pogo sends a reconnection transaction to your TDU. In addition, we have updated the Summary of Usage and Payments (SUP) Print and Postal Fee and the Closeout Balance Refund Fee each from $5.00 to $10.00, and our Customer Service hours will be closed on Saturdays.
No further action is required by you. By continuing to use our services after November 27, 2024, you agree to the updated Terms of Service and other regulatory documents.
If you do not accept these changes, you should switch to another retail electric provider before the effective date of this change.
