Important notice regarding changes to your contract
Effective December 27, 2024, we’re making some changes to our Terms of Service and Prepaid Disclosure Statement. These changes include updates to our service fees. No action is needed from you, but if you would like to learn more you can find details below.
The following changes are effective 14 days from the date of this notice. We have removed the $0.30 daily charge for all customers. In addition, we have added the Low Usage Fee terms; this fee will apply when your daily energy usage is less than 16.0 kWh.
By continuing to use our services after December 27, 2024, you agree to the updated Terms of Service and other regulatory documents.
If you do not accept these changes, you should switch to another retail electric provider before the effective date of this change.
PLEASE NOTE: ESTABLISHING SERVICE WITH ANOTHER RETAIL ENERGY PROVIDER MAY TAKE UP TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS.
